We carry out yearly rent reviews to ensure you are achieving the highest possible rental income. This also makes sure the property is up to standard for the rent charged to the tenant.
We have qualified maintenance engineers who you can trust to do your repairs professionally, and at the best possible price. We operate an efficient service for repairs to get an engineer out to the property as soon as we can.
We have a rent guarantee policy available to guarantee your rental income, which means rent is covered should the tenant default on their tenancy agreement.
We have a daily rent control and payments system in place, which means that your rents are paid on time and we follow this up with a daily statement of accounts.
We carry out a three month inspection on properties, which means we can keep a close on your property at regular intervals.
While we are based in Worsley, we operate in a much larger area which includes Bolton, Farnworth, Leigh, Oldham, Manchester and Swinton. Our catchment area also falls within a 30 mile radius of the M28 and the M60.
