We provide a Finders Only Service or a Full Management Service for your property or properties.
For those Landlords who wish to adopt an arm’s length approach to the management of their property or portfolio, we will liaise with you as much or as little as you require.
For those Landlords that require more feedback and assurance we will tailor our information delivery approach to suit your needs and not ours.
Letting Fees
• Finders only one months rent + VAT subject to a minimum fee of £475 + VAT
• Full management three weeks rent + VAT subject to a minimum fee of £400 + VAT
• Full management re-let £275 + VAT
• In addition, a monthly management fee of 10% + VAT
• We will charge a commission of 10% + VAT over and above the cost of any maintenance or repairs carried out
• EPC £75 + VAT
• Gas safety £55 + VAT
• Additional inspections £50 + VAT
Full Management Services
Let only service plus:
• Ongoing rent processing and statements provided
• Interim property inspections at Landlords request
• Arranging routine repairs when necessary
• Dealing with day-to-day queries and problems that may arise
• Arranging annual gas safety checks and/or periodic electrical certificates
• Supervising the check-out at the end of the tenancy and prepare the property for re-let
