Application Fees

• No application fees are charged to prospective tenants
• £50 including VAT for loss of keys
• £30 including VAT for any amendments to tenancy 
• A holding fee will be taken on application and if successful this will be deducted from first month's rent
• If you give false information in your application we have the right to retain your holding fee
